As we welcomed in the new year, Truro Farmers Market continued exactly as it always has — as a proud, all year round market at Lemon Quay.
While the festive season may be over, our market community remains very much open for business, with many of your favourite regular traders returning from Saturday 4th January 2026 onwards.
We trade every Wednesday and Saturday throughout the year, and January is no exception.
January Opening Hours
9am – 3pm
Throughout January, our market hours run from 9am until 3pm, making it the perfect place to restock the fridge, refill the veg drawer and ease back into your weekly shopping routine after Christmas.
From February, we return to our usual trading hours of:
February Onwards
9am – 4pm
Fresh Produce, All Year Round
Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean things stop growing. Across Cornwall, our farmers are still working the land, crops are still being harvested, animals are still being reared, boats are still landing fish and bakers are still up before dawn.
Truro Farmers’ Market is built on that year-round commitment. Season by season, our traders continue to bring fresh, local food into the heart of the city — and we’re excited to be back for another full year of trading in 2026.
