We’re incredibly excited to bring back one of our absolute favourite community market days of the year – our annual St Piran’s Market at Lemon Quay on Saturday 7th March 2026, from 9am until 4pm.
This special market is a real celebration of Cornwall – full of local flavour, community spirit, and plenty of black and white flags flying proudly across the quay.
A Full Market of Local Traders
We’ll have a full line-up of our fantastic regular traders, alongside some brilliant guest traders joining us for the day. Expect the very best in local produce, street food, crafts and gifts – all right in the heart of Truro.
It’s completely free entry, so just turn up and soak up the atmosphere.
Live Music & Vintage Tractors
We’re delighted to welcome live music from Stephen Arthur Panther, bringing proper local vibes to Lemon Quay throughout the day.
We’ll also have vintage tractors on display, adding to the traditional Cornish feel and making it a great day out for all ages.
The Annual Pasty Making Competition – Back for Year Four
Our much-loved Pasty Making Competition returns for its fourth year and is always one of the highlights of the day.
How to enter:
There’s no entry fee. Simply bake your pasty at home (it can be hot or cold) and bring it to the market between 10am and 12 midday. Judging will take place around lunchtime.
There’s no need to be overly serious – it’s all about having a bit of fun. Bake a few, bring your best one to enter, and keep the rest for lunch or tea.
