Enjoy Sensational Street Food This Christmas

If you’re visiting the market in the run up to Christmas, you have a treat in store. Harry Bartlett of Home World Street Food has been busy putting together a heart-warming menu to satisfy your appetite and awaken your taste buds. Drawing inspiration from global street food, Harry uses local produce from other traders at market, tempting the good people of Truro with the smells of delicious home-cooked food packed with authentic flavour.

Harry will be serving dishes such as Spanish Cocido, Mexican Burritos and Caribbean Stew on rotation over the coming weeks – follow @HomeSTREETFOOD on Twitter for updates on the offering every Saturday. You can download the full menu here.

“I’ve chosen these dishes because they are great winter stalwarts – hearty, with warming spices and rich flavours,” explained Harry. “They’ve all proved really popular during trials over the last few weeks, and I’ve had some great feedback.”

Among other local ingredients, Harry is proud to use award-winning Primrose Herd pork. “I use Sally and Bill’s pork shoulder in my meatballs, and their chorizo sausages in the Cocido. So many people have commented on how good the pork is.”

You will find Harry at market every Saturday in the run-up to Christmas, as well as various additional festive markets – more on this soon.
