TiramisUGO is a new Cornish Italian start up that makes freshly prepared artisan tiramisu in beautifully labelled glass jars. Innovative for its attention to quality and the environment, TiramisUGO is led by Ugo, a 28 year old young entrepreneur with a past and present in the theatre and food sector.
The idea comes from the strong desire to bring Italian quality and tradition to Cornwall and the UK. TiramisUGO, like Italy, is all about human relationships and passion.
Using Piero’s recipe – Piero was Ugo’s Dad, who passed away suddenly in 2005. The values of life and the courage to experiment come from the time passed together in the kitchen making Tiramisu.
Using the best ingredients – from Italy (Italian Coffee; Mascarpone Cheese, Vicenzi Savoiardi) and Cornwall (St Ewe Eggs).
