The Cornish Olive Stall has been selling olives in Cornwall for many years now: Chris Hughes currently runs the business from his base near St Austell.
The Cornish Olive Stall trades at Truro Farmers Market every Wednesday and Saturday. With carefully sourced olives from Greece, prepared with 15 different marinades, and a growing selection of pickled garlic, sun blushed tomatoes, delicious hummus and nuts, the stall is very popular.
Recently launched are two new flavours; Basil Pesto and Jalapeno Stuffed Olives. Customers can pick and mix from the best olives that you can find in Cornwall. Come along and see the Bella Di Cerignola – the biggest red olives you’ve ever seen!
