These delicious curry sauces are made from secret recipes, handed down through five generations. June began by cooking her family’s signature dishes for friends, before opening Ruby Murries in St Ives, a popular Indian Takeaway.
Later selling the business to keep up with a young family, she decided the way forward was to offer lovingly-prepared sauces using only natural ingredients. If you can’t make it to market you can also buy sauces online (see below).
