We’re extremely proud to have Rosemullion Distillery – purveyors of award-winning gins and rums – trading here at the market.

This craft distillery produces a range of the highest quality spirits using Cornish rainwater, and incorporating several local ingredients. Hand-crafted in small batches (just 100 bottles at a time) this is a truly artisan operation and an essential for the modern drinks cabinet!

Rosemullion produce all their base spirit from scratch (rather than simply flavouring neutral grain spirits). This gives them greater control over the process. At the rural distillery near the Helford River, these high quality base spirits are used to make everything from Seafarer’s Gin to Chocolate Rum – and there’s always a great selection at market.

Based in the Tamar Valley, Landmark Speciality Coffee are an artisan coffee roasters and members of the Made in Cornwall scheme.

This small-batch coffee company selectively sources outstanding coffees from around the world with distinct flavour profiles, hand-roasting them in small batches weekly to ensure freshness and flavour.

Landmark are meticulous in sourcing sustainable, organically grown and rainforest-friendly coffee beans and choose to only work with those suppliers and importers who invest in the welfare of both growers and the environment.

All packaging is biodegradable/compostable.

These guys have real skill when it comes to retaining as much of the flavour notes of a bean variety as possible, while retaining sweetness, developing body and avoiding unpleasant bitterness.

Cuckoo Valley are a small family run crafty cider company based in a charming small valley of Nancekuke in West Cornwall.

These cider enthusiasts started planting their Cornish orchard in 2014, and have over 1000 apple and perry pear trees so far, with more than 40 different varieties including the Cornish Gilly Flower, Tommy Knight, Pigs Snout and King John Broad to name a few.

The current selection of ciders includes Groover (medium sweet, slightly sparkling), Carver (clean, crisp and rounded) and Vintage (slightly sparkling medium-dry cider – full-bodied and well-balanced).
