Athina and Bruno create the most delicious patisserie treats, including their signature Basque Cheesecake. Before moving to Cornwall in 2021, the couple spent ten years living and working in London, and have experience at 5 star hotels including The Dorchester and The Berkeley under their belt.

The Magic Whisk started as a blog for them to share their amazing recipes but has evolved into a little bakery with huge momentum.
